        Fairfield police investigate armed carjacking

        Police say the suspect is described as a Black male in his 20s, approximately 6 feet tall with a slim build, wearing dark clothing including a hooded sweatshirt, mask, sunglasses, and sweatpants.

        Fairfield police are looking for the person responsible for an armed carjacking in town.
        Police say the suspect is described as a Black male in his 20s, approximately 6 feet tall with a slim build, wearing dark clothing including a hooded sweatshirt, mask, sunglasses, and sweatpants.
        They say he displayed a handgun and instructed the driver to unlock the doors and get out of the car.
        The incident happened Sunday morning at North Benson Road and Walls Drive just before 10 a.m.
        Police say a BMW cut off a Porsche and a man got out, showed a gun and demanded the driver of the Porsche get out of the car. Police say both cars then fled on I-95 north.
