3h agoPolice say 14-year-old boy is recovering after police say he was slashed in the head while riding a bus in the Bronx.
According to the NYPD, the boy was on the Bx8 near East Gun Hill Road and Bronxwood Avenue on Friday at around 4:30 p.m. when someone pulled out a knife and began slashing him in the head before taking off.
The boy was taken to Jacobi Medical Center where he was in stable condition.
No information was given on the suspect.
