        Man fatally shot at NYCHA complex; police search for suspects

        As of this morning, police say they do not know the motive for the shooting.

        A man is dead following a shooting at the Albany Houses on St. Marks Avenue Sunday night. Police are actively searching for two suspects believed to be involved.
        Gunfire erupted just before 7:30 p.m. at the public housing complex, located between Troy and Albany avenues. When officers arrived at the apartment building, they found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. He was transported to Kings County Hospital in critical condition but was later pronounced dead.
        Police say two men were seen fleeing the area following the shooting. One suspect was wearing a blue sweatshirt, while the other was dressed in a gray sweatshirt.
        As of this morning, police say they do not know the motive for the shooting.
