A Stratford man has been arrested for a shooting that happened last month, police say.
On Dec. 30, two people informed police that their vehicle had been shot at near Dewey Street by occupants in a white Hyundai Sonata.
Following the incident, officers located the Sonata at the home of Devon Dotson on Sedgewick Avenue and had it towed to the police department.
During an investigation, officers searched the vehicle and residence. Their investigation led detectives to charge Dotson.
Stratford officers with help from Stamford police arrested Dotson in Stamford Friday. His charges include criminal attempt at assault, reckless endangerment and illegal transfer of a firearm.
