Adam Drozdowski, 44, of Beacon Falls, is charged with murder in the death of his wife. Naeisha Drozdowski was a beloved employee at Brewport in Bridgeport.

Police say that just after 2 a.m. Sunday, an officer clocked Franklin Sousa-Filho traveling about 50 mph in a 25 mph zone in a Lexus. The officer said the car went through a red light at Delevan Avenue and Frontage Road.

To celebrate Tom's Driving School being in business for 75 years, town officials presented a proclamation to owner Linda Muccio and president Tom Ferraro Jr. at Town Hall. During Friday's ceremony, Muccio and Ferraro were presented with certificates and medals for being Guinness World Record titleholders for the oldest working driving school instructors.
