Police have returned to Brooklyn Bridge Park for the fourth time in less than two months after additional human remains were found.

Police wouldn’t confirm if the additional remains were linked to a previous investigation.

In August, police found of skeletal remains along the East River in Dumbo. The discovery was made near Jane's Carousel, by the rocks along the river. They made several trips to the park to investigate.

At the time, witnesses reported seeing a skull, hip bone, and femur. They have not yet been identified.
