Forever Sweet Bakery in Norwalk is making king cakes with a little plastic baby baked inside. According to tradition, whoever gets the slice with the baby, which represents Jesus, is king for the day.
At Chip's Family Restaurant located in Fairfield they are serving pancakes for Shrove Tuesday.
