Today is National Pancake Day, and News 12's Tony Caputo is spotlighting Adenah Bayoh, a Liberian-born entrepreneur making waves in Newark's restaurant scene.
Bayoh, who owns several IHOP locations, Cornbread Farm to Soul and Brick City Vegan, is marking the day at her Newark IHOP by giving away free pancakes until to 8 p.m.
Bayoh is only asking for donations.
"Every donation today is going to Feed America, to feed thousands across the country, so I'm excited about that," says Bayoh.
