A woman accused of driving drunk in Oceanside with an unbuckled 7-year-old boy in the back seat is facing numerous charges, according to police.

Authorities say officers pulled over Paula Gregg-Stanton after she was seen swerving out of the lane Tuesday on Long Beach Road.

Police determined that the 34-year-old Brooklyn woman was intoxicated and took her into custody.

The child was released to a family member, according to authorities.

The charges against Gregg-Stanton include DWI, two counts of aggravated DWI, endangering the welfare of a child and multiple traffic infractions.
