After several days of wet and unsettled weather, conditions continue to improve today. While a few showers and thunderstorms remain possible this afternoon, many communities will stay dry for much of the day. Temperatures will remain comfortable, with lower humidity gradually moving in.

The weather turns much quieter to end the workweek. Sunshine returns Friday and pleasant summer weather continues into Saturday. A few showers become possible again late Sunday before drier and warmer conditions return early next week.
