Malik Pardo, 26, was taken into custody Wednesday and is charged with sexual assault and endangerment, prosecutors said.
He allegedly groped a 12-year-old at the Union City pool last year. He is also accused of sending explicit messages to her and a 13-year-old victim.
Pardo is currently being held at the Hudson County Jail.
