        A pipe burst on Beverly Road in New Rochelle, leaving many families without water on this frigid Tuesday.
        Crews working to repair the broken pipe had to deal with freezing temperatures making their job more challenging.
        Repair crews told News 12 there had been eight or nine similar breaks since the temperatures dropped, highlighting the importance of taking precautions to protect pipes at home.
