A Thruway attenuator truck was struck on I-87 in Yonkers while shielding a crew working on the side of the road, according to the New York State Thruway Authority.
No workers were injured, but the driver of the vehicle that hit the truck suffered minor injuries.
State Police issued several tickets to the driver, including speeding, unsafe lane change, and driving while using a cell phone.
