STORM WATCH: Steady rain, cooler temperatures today for the Bronx

Here’s what you need to know:
It's chilly and cloudy this morning. Showers arrive after 8 a.m. Temperatures are in the low to mid-50s.
A swath of rain will disrupt any outdoor plans through the evening. Winds will be gusting up to 25 mph. It will feel much cooler with highs staying in the mid-50s all day.
The heaviest rain moves in tonight into early Thursday morning. The timing is after 10 p.m. through 9 a.m. Thursday morning. Poor visibility, large puddles and ponding will cause a messy Thursday morning commute.
The raw, rainy and breezy weather persists into tomorrow. Thursday will be the wettest day this week. Temperatures remain below normal temperatures in the low 50s.
Friday will be another damp and breezy day with spotty showers. 1-2 inches of rainfall are expected through Friday.
The storm system slowly exits by Friday evening. Memorial Day Weekend will be dry, pleasant with temperatures in the mid-60s to low 70s. Stay tuned for updates!
