- A storm system will approach our area this weekend. On and off showers possible Sunday afternoon with a heavier batch of rain and gusty winds Sunday night into Monday morning. There's a chance of thunderstorms late Sunday night. Up to an inch of rain and high winds up to 45 mph are possible. There's still some uncertainty with the exact timing. There's a risk of localized flooding/ponding in poor drainage and low-lying areas. Stay tuned for updates!

- Today will be chilly with limited sunshine. Highs will be in the upper 40s.
- The total lunar eclipse occurs early Friday morning between 2:26 a.m. - 3:31 a.m. Some clouds and areas patchy fog can obscure the viewing. Friday will feature more sunshine and slightly milder temperatures in the mid-50s.
- Temperatures will climb back to the 60s this weekend with some much-needed rain arriving Sunday evening into Monday morning.
- Saturday will be mainly dry with an isolated shower chance and mild temperatures.
