6h agoNew Jersey State Police are asking for the public’s help locating a registered sex offender who escaped a transport van Thursday in Newark.
Authorities say Nicholas Voutsas got out of the van as it was heading toward University Hospital.
The inmate was last seen wearing a burgundy or maroon winter coat.
