9ds agoThe Humane Society of Westchester is asking for the public's help to identify a person who abandoned a dog in New Rochelle on Sunday.
Surveillance video shows a person in scrubs getting back into a car and driving away, leaving the dog on the side of the road on Lotus Road.
The Humane Society says the dog is safe with the person who found it.
