Police say a smoke investigation led to an arrest and confiscated items at R & R Smoke Shop on Main Street last Friday.
They say it was part of an ongoing investigation into smoke shops operating within the city suspected of selling cannabis and cannabis derived products without the required state-issued licenses.
Police say they found illegal products in an electronically operated hidden trap compartment located beneath the sales counter.
They arrested 28-year-old Mohamed Lebrahim, of Norwalk, for possession of more than 1 kilogram of marijuana products, possession with intent to sell over 1 kilogram of marijuana products, and use of drug paraphernalia.
His bail was set at $500.
