Police have identified the bicyclist who was
fatally struck by a Tesla
in Williamsburg on Saturday.
Alexandra Huggins, 32, was riding her bicycle when she was struck by a blue Tesla. The driver did not stay on scene.
EMS took Huggins to NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull but she did not survive.
