Police say a former substitute teacher from Brick Township is facing charges for having sexual relationships with former students in West Virginia.

Brian Kain turned himself in on Thursday, according to West Virginia authorities.

Authorities say he has since been released on $25,000 bond.

Kain had been employed as a substitute teacher between 2000 and 2004.

Anyone with information regarding Kain during that timeframe is urged to call police.
