2h agoA person was extricated from a vehicle following a crash in Westport overnight Sunday.
It happened just after 3 a.m. on I-95 south near Exit 18.
The person was extricated in under 10 minutes and transported to the hospital, according to authorities.
Firefighters were able to stabilize the vehicle, which was found off the roadway with heavy damage, and used battery operated rescue tools to remove the roof of the vehicle.
