        Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man they say robbed a 66-year-old in Longwood. According to the NYPD, the robbery happened Tuesday at 1282 Southern Blvd. Authorities say the suspect approached the man and asked for money. The victim handed over some cash and started to walk away, but that’s when police say the suspect pushed him to the ground and forcibly took more money before fleeing the scene. The suspect is described to be about 25 to 35 years old -- 6 feet tall and about 180 pounds. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the NYPD Crime Stoppers Tipline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
