A New York woman is accused of driving 118 mph on I-95 south in Stratford Tuesday, state police say.
A trooper observed an Audi A5 that was traveling at a high rate of speed near Exit 33 at 1:20 a.m.
Police say Inga Foksha was driving 118 mph in a 55 mph zone.
They say Foksha also drove too close to the vehicle in front of her and failed to stay in her lane.
After she was pulled over, Foksha was charged with reckless driving, reckless endangerment, failure to maintain lane, following too closely and operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance.
Foksha was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 6.
