Police ID man killed in lightning strike at Cub Scout event in Jackson
3h agoA man was shot and robbed late Tuesday night near Union Avenue and Warren Street in New Rochelle.
Police said the 28-year-old victim was robbed of $500, a cellphone, jewelry and food just before midnight.
He was shot once in the thigh and treated at the hospital for injuries not considered life-threatening.
