A New Jersey man accused of crashing his car into the Chabad-Lubavitch Headquarters in Crown Heights now faces up to three years in prison if convicted.
Police say 36-year-old Dan Sohail repeatedly
rammed his vehicle into the rear of the building on Jan. 28.
Although the location contained many worshippers at the time of the crash, no injuries were reported.
Sohail claimed that his foot slipped and he lost control of the vehicle. However, he has since been charged with intentionally damaging religious property.
