Neighbors on Bronxwood Avenue tell News 12 they have been dealing with a thief on their block.

Home video shows a man walking up the stairs to neighboring residences and taking their packages.

People in the area tell News 12 that this has been an ongoing issue for months.

Resident John Montalvo says the packages stolen were not for himself.

"They were actually for my grandchildren.... violated... I feel violated," said Montalvo.

Residents tell News 12 they have put a pause on their online orders and hope they no longer are targeted.
