        A 19-year-old from Harrison, New York, has been arraigned on attempted murder charges after allegedly pushing a stranger onto subway tracks in Brooklyn last December, prosecutors said.
        Andrew Pashinin's victim managed to climb back onto the platform just seconds before a train arrived, authorities noted.
        Pashinin is being held without bail and is scheduled to return to court in April.
