Fairfield Prep continues to expand.
Students, staff and community figures attended a groundbreaking Friday for the school's Barron Center for Arts and Recreation.
The new building is part of their $90 million GO FORTH project and is expected to open in fall 2026.
It will provide students with a multi-use gym and a new space for concerts and mass.
"As a tribute to the power of ever better education and achieving that dream and as a promise that Fairfield Prep will continue its vital mission of guiding boys to become not just man but men for others," said Frank Barron, member of the Board of Governors for the school.
