Elmsford nurse practitioner sentenced to five years in $11 million fraud scheme
The U.S. Attorney's Office says 44-year-old Catherine Seemer stole the identities of 12 doctors and used them to carry out the scheme.

3h agoA nurse practitioner from Elmsford is headed to prison for five years after orchestrating an $11 million disability fraud scheme.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says 44-year-old Catherine Seemer stole the identities of 12 doctors and used them to carry out the scheme.
As part of her sentence, Seemer must also pay more than $600,000 in restitution.
