Fairfield police have arrested two men for arson following a fire on Post Road last December.
Henry Hirsch from Ridgefield and Samuel Archer from Massachusetts are facing charges.
Police say they were attempting to set dry leaves on fire in the building stairwell. A fire caused significant damage. They say firefighters evacuated the building and tackled the blaze.
No one was hurt.
