Crust Issues in Norwalk is shaking up the dining scene with a bold twist on the traditional tasting menu.
The eight- to 10-course tasting menu, at a price of $40, changes up every week – and house wine and beer are complimentary.
"It gives us an opportunity to draw in people who try us, but would have never done that without those dinners," said co-owner John Nealon.
The experience runs Wednesday through Saturday beginning at 7 p.m. A kid-friendly tasting menu is available on Saturdays at 4 p.m.
Reservations for the tasting are only done via the account's DMs on Instagram.
The restaurant has recently expanded to offer brunch tastings as well on Saturdays at noon.
