        Fire chief: At least 6 cats rescued from house fire in Clifton

        The fire chief told News 12 several cats were rescued from inside the home on West 2nd Street.

        A fire in Clifton damaged part of a house Monday morning in Clifton.
        The fire chief told News 12 New Jersey at least six cats were rescued from inside the home on West 2nd Street.
        The flames have been contained and fire crews conducted a walkthrough of the home.
        There is no word if anyone was injured or the cause of the fire.
