        Large fire causes Brunswick Street home to collapse in Newark

        The fire started around 5 p.m. Tuesday inside a home near Aston Street.

        A fire caused a home on Brunswick Street in Newark to collapse.
        The fire started around 5 p.m. Tuesday inside the home near Aston Street. That fire then spread to another home.
        Large flames were seen coming from the front of one of the houses, and smoke could be smelled for miles.
        It is believed that at least one person was hurt in the fire, according to fire officials. Details on the injuries were not immediately made available.
        Fire crews will remain on the scene to put out any hotspots that may develop. A salt truck was also on standby to make sure the street did not freeze over due to the cold temperatures in Newark Tuesday night.
        The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
