5h agoA 60-year-old Spring Valley man has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing two children.
According to the Rockland County district attorney, Fresnal Paul admitted to the abuse during a pre-trial hearing.
The abuse began six years ago and involved a female under the age of 13 and another female under the age of 11.
Paul faces up to 20 years in prison when sentenced in March and will also be required to register as a sex offender.
