A fiery crash sent two people to the hospital after a wrong-way collision on Route 29 in Trenton Sunday morning.
Police say a Toyota Highlander driver veered into oncoming traffic and smashed head-on into a Jeep Gladiator around dawn.
The impact pushed the Jeep into the middle lane, where an SUV rear-ended it, causing both vehicles to flip multiple times.
The Jeep's engine then burst into flames, and its unconscious driver was pulled from the wreckage.
The Jeep driver survived, but the Toyota driver remains in critical condition, according to police.
