Dogs of all sizes gathered at St. Mary's by the Sea for "Walk with Harold and Friends," a charity event supporting Bridgeport Animal Control.

The fundraiser, which featured canine participants in creative costumes, aimed to raise vital funds for the local animal shelter.

Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim attended the event, highlighting the significant impact of the community's support.

"Bridgeport Animal Control handles a large population of animals," Ganim said. "Proceeds from this event will go a long way in helping animals in need."
