Two Brooklyn men are facing charges in connection with a shooting that happened at a deli last month.
A criminal complaint was unsealed Thursday charging Jonathan Arboleda and Wilson Martinez with being felons in possession of ammunition. Martinez was arrested Wednesday, while Arboleda is in custody at Rikers Island.
The shooting happened at
Soto Market Mini Corp. on Crescent Street on July 21. One man was shot in the arm and abdomen and taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.
Prosecutors say because both men have prior felony convictions, they have been charged with possession of ammunition.
If convicted, both face up to 15 years in prison.
