Long Island is revving up for its largest car show to make its return. This is always such a great time. It's happening at Toe Beach this Sunday, but we're getting a sneak peek this morning. You got to take a look outside of our Beth Page studios. Jen Selig is out there right now giving us a preview of the. Classic cars. Jen, we hear there's like 20 cars out there, 20 cars out here, and there's going to be about 1500 this Sunday at Tobay Beach. We got some of the newer cars here, Corvette, some of the older cars here in Oldsmobile. In fact, this was a car I I was driving with my first car ever, so this one's pretty cool, and we have beautiful red cars, yellow cars, some cars without any handle. It's so unique and you can only see it this Sunday, and of course a sneak peek this morning. This is Tony and Tony, this is your proud car, 1966, 1966 Chevelle. Where are the handles? On the key that is so cool. And this is one of the cars that many Long Islanders can see when they come down this Sunday. Absolutely. Come Sunday, it's the best show on the island, bar none. Like you said, about 1500 cars. They have music, that 70s band, they have food, the vendors, the trucks, the atmosphere. It's just, it's the best show on the island for sure and it's in. Town of Oyster Bay. Supervisor Joe Saladino here. We got Lightning McQueen behind us as well. There's so much going on. We're so proud of Car Show Long Island. It's this Sunday at Toll Bay Beach from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., 1500 cars free for spectators. It's one of the best shows in the whole East Coast of the United States. It's been so popular that the line gets very long, and we solved that problem. So this Sunday, don't drive to Toba, drive to Jones Beach Field 5, where you'll park for free, get on the shuttle, you cut the line and the fun begins. We've got 15 food trucks. We've got vendors of all kinds. We've got monster trucks, but look at these hot rods and beautiful cars. It's the best car show on Long Island, one of the most amazing in all of America. We're so proud of it, so. Everybody get to Tolbay Beach this Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It's free and it's amazing. Talk about horsepower. Absolutely. And Jen, Richie Cannada from the Billy Joel Band will perform the national anthem on the saxophone. We haven't seen Richie out in a while. We love him and he's one of the stars.
