Wet weather made for slippery conditions on the roads Wednesday.

Despite the road conditions, News 12 meteorologists say this is the biggest storm we’ve had since the drought.

News 12 spoke with people like Stenge Adrien who say they are happy to see some rain.

“I feel excellent about the rain. It’s about time we get some rain, because it’s been too dry in New York City. We never get that dry in New York City for a long period of time,” said Adrien.
