No heat or proper water pressure - that's what one Throgs Neck resident says she's had to deal with for more than 10 days. Norma has called her Randall Avenue apartment home for nearly five years, but lately, she says it's not so warm. "It's already 13 days," Norma tells News 12. "They do nothing." She says it's been a struggle with no heat and barely any water pressure to take a decent shower. She said she has had to use a bucket and a bar of soap to stay clean. Norma says hygiene is important, especially after she's had surgery. She says she's even purchased a heating blanket to stay warm. News 12 reached out to NYCHA. In a statement, it said it has spoken with the resident and will dispatch for any heating and water pressure issues to be resolved in the apartment.
