A Stratford woman is accused of stealing the identities of several people. Prosecutors say Bianca Davila filed for numerous unemployment benefits during the COVID-19 pandemic using information from people she knew. Inspectors from the Statewide Prosecution Bureau found documents in Davila's home that contained personal information from more than 100 people. Davila obtained some of that identifying information when she was employed by social service agencies. Davila is accused of collecting more than $230,000 in fraudulent benefits. She has been charged with unemployment fraud, larceny and identity theft.
