TODAY: Cloudy with periods of rain. High near 63. windy, with a northeast wind sustained 20-30 mph gusts 45 to 55 mph. Rain totals an additional 1 to 1.5 inches. Coastal flooding this afternoon. South shore between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. North Shore 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
