        State streamlines applications for some residents to get property tax relief

        People aged 65 and older, disabled homeowners and mobile homeowners will be able to apply for Senior Freeze, ANCHOR and StayNJ by filling out a single application.

        Applications for state property tax relief will be streamlined for some New Jersey residents.
        People aged 65 and older, disabled homeowners and mobile homeowners will be able to apply for Senior Freeze, ANCHOR and StayNJ by filling out a single application. The combined application will be available online in mid-February and will be mailed by early March.
