        A Somers man has been arrested for pretending to be a lawyer online and convincing a victim to pay him, state police say.
        David Karaca is accused of posing as a lawyer on a virtual alcoholics anonymous group based in Los Angeles.
        State police say he used the names David Radcliffe and David Corazza.
        His victim paid him $7,500 for legal fees, according to authorities.
        Karaca has been charged with grand larceny.
