Spirit Airlines is ending service at Bradley International Airport. This low-cost carrier will stop flying from Windsor Locks, CT as of Oct. 31, 2025.
In a statement, Spirit Airlines said, " We apologize to our guests for any inconvenience and will reach out to those affected reservations to issue a refund."
Spirit says this move is part of a plan to focus on its strongest markets and is also discontinuing service at Minneapolis–Saint Paul starting Dec. 1.
Passengers with bookings scheduled after the effected dates are encouraged to check their email or contact Spirit directly for assistance.
Bradley officials say travelers won’t lose access to those popular destinations like Fort Lauderdale, Myrtle Beach, Detroit, Nashville, and Orlando — other airlines still serve those routes.
