Drier weather is on the way, with a windy finish to the week.
Expect periods of heavy rain this evening, ending by 11 p.m. It will be windy, with southerly winds gusting 20 to 40 mph.
Drier weather arrives overnight, with less wind on Thursday. Expect cloudy skies Thursday morning giving way to some sunshine for the afternoon, with temperatures in the low 50s.
Winds pick up again Thursday night into Friday, with drier and cooler weather on the way. Winds could gust close to 40 mph for much of the day Friday.
This weekend looks nice and seasonable, with temps in the low to mid-40s as we spring forward with Daylight Saving Time.
Rollercoaster temperatures continue with a warmup for next week and high temperatures in the 50s.
