Surveillance video captures the frightening moments Victor Hernandez says two men chased him down the street after attacking him in broad daylight.

The video appears to show one suspect catching up to Hernandez and punching him near a bodega entrance while another follows close behind.

Hernandez says he was able to get inside the store, where the owner stepped in and helped stop the attack.

Police say the incident stemmed from a dispute involving a car and the investigation remains ongoing.
