Resentencing has been delayed in former Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano's federal corruption case
The delay from the April 15 date comes as Mangano's attorneys want a hearing and further review from an appeals court.
Mangano was convicted in 2019 of taking bribes to help secure million of dollars in Oyster Bay Town-backed loans for a restaurateur.
An appeals court overturned two convictions because Mangano was not an Oyster Bay town official.
The other charges in Mangano and his wife's cases were upheld.
Mangano is serving 12 years in prison.
