Police say the incident took place on a public bus.
The man was last seen at the South Norwalk Train Station, according to authorities.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 203-854-3000 and ask for Officer Sanchez.
People can submit an anonymous tip through the department's website, by calling the department's tip line at 203-854-3111 or by texting "NORWALKPD" and their message to TIP411 (847411).
