Police, fire and American Medical Response responded to the scene at the intersection of Marsh Hill and Indian River Roads at 6:20 p.m.
Three people were injured and were treated on scene, according to firefighters.
Two people were taken to the hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.
It's not clear what caused the crash.
